Founded in Brussels in 2026, Poolp was born from a simple observation: horeca, events, logistics and retail have unique HR needs — strong seasonality, high turnover, a demand for responsiveness that traditional agencies can't absorb.
After more than 10 years doing this for our own needs in horeca, events and logistics, we decided to make our expertise and our pool of flexible workers accessible. Backed by our experience and nearly 2 million flexible work hours placed, we now put that know-how at the service of others.
Today, Poolp is a community of 700+ active Poolers, mainly students and flexi-job workers, dozens of client companies and a coordination team responding in under 2 hours. Your field HR partner in Brussels and Belgium.
